Preventative Health Care & Chronic Disease Management

Coastline DPC offers evidence-based, preventative health recommendations delivered by a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician. Our screenings are tailored to your age, gender, lifestyle, sexual preferences, and family history. We also diagnose and manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, autoimmune disorders, and more. When needed, we will coordinate your care with specialists and hospitals. At Coastline DPC, our goal is to help you stay healthy and avoid the high costs of hospital and specialty care whenever possible.

We understand that health concerns can arise suddenly, leading to fear, anxiety, and uncertainty. That's why we’re committed to providing timely care and support when you need it most. As a member, you’ll have access to:

  • Same-day or next-day visits to address urgent concerns.
  • Free telehealth appointments (phone or video) for convenience and peace of mind.
  • Prompt messaging through our patient portal to get answers quickly.


After-Hours Care:
If you need immediate assistance after hours, please don't hesitate to call us (911 for emergencies)—we’re here for you. For non-urgent concerns, we kindly ask that you reach out first thing the next day so we can assist you as promptly as possible.

Labs & Medications


Convenient. Cost-Effective.


In-Office Lab Services:

  • Labs can be drawn on-site, often the same day as your appointment.
  • Lab tests performed in the office are billed directly to the patient at a significant discount (approximately 90% off the standard price).
  • There is a $10 fee for lab draws done in the office.
  • Alternatively, patients may use their insurance for lab tests, and we will send the lab order to a location of their choice.


Medications:

  • We stock commonly prescribed medications (e.g., antibiotics, steroids, creams) and offer them to you at a substantial cost savings.
  • For medications that we do not stock, we will assist you in finding the most cost-effective or convenient way to acquire them.


Important Notes:

  • Controlled substances (such as opiates, benzodiazepines, and stimulants) are not available on-site.
